The public comment period for the Work Health and Safety Regulations for Western Australia Discussion paper ended on 31 August 2016.  Although the submissions were received and analysed, the regulation proposals were not progressed.  THIS DOCUMENT IS NO LONGER CURRENT AND IS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE FOR HISTORICAL PURPOSES ONLY.

The Department of Commerce – WorkSafe Division (WorkSafe) is analysing submissions and will prepare a report for consideration by the Minister for Commerce. 

Submissions not marked confidential will be published on the WorkSafe website in the near future.
